Job Description:
As an Art Director at Centerscore, you will be responsible for managing the art team while working directly with marketing, production and release teams to produce top quality products for the cell phone.

You will be responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously. Not only will you contribute to the overall creative vision of each project while working closely with design and development; you will be responsible for the scheduling and management of both the artistic and technical requirements for the art team.

Responsibilities:
- Refine, manage and own the art production pipeline
- Responsible for creating and managing art schedules across multiple projects
- Takes ownership of the art team and ensures the technical and artistic quality of deliverables
- Facilitates communication between art and all departments to execute on each project's vision
- Responsible for hiring and training as well as career direction of the art team
- Conducts critiques with clear and consistent direction to art team
- Responsible for creation of assets in addition to management duties

Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience managing and mentoring teams of artists
- Experience managing both 2D and 3D production pipelines
- Strong ability to balance a project's creative and visual requirements with schedule, budget and staff limitations
- Strong time-management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Must be a self-motivated creative individual
- Demonstrated ability to establish a compelling visual style
- Strong problem solver. Provides solution-driven analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to provide constructive critiques
- Ability to follow strict technical guidelines
- Strong proficiency with standard 2D and 3D packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, Promotion, Lightwave, Max, etc.)

- Familiarity with cell phone games and the casual games market
